RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We and our dealers attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRICING
With respect to items sold by us, we cannot always confirm the price of an item until we receive your order. OEM (factory) products are not eligible for sales or promotional discounts or a combination of discounts even though the website may show the item(s) discounted upon checkout. OEM products will be charged at the regular advertised price. 
Only one special offer or discount allowed per purchase. No combination of discounts will be applied. (Free shipping offer can not be used in combination with any other promotional sales or offers.  If  a promotional code is entered upon checkout when the order is above $100 and would normally qualify for free shipping then, between the two, we will apply the offer with the greatest discount to your order.)Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mis-priced. If we discover a mis-pricing, we will do one of the following:

In most cases your credit card will be charged only one time to cover the items and shipping, however, on large or odd shaped items we will charge your card when the order is place for the item(s) and then once again for the shipping charges once your items are packaged and rates are calculated.

SHIPPING
If your website order is over $100 and you're in the contiguous 48 states, we'll ship it to you for free! (can not be used in combinations with any other offers. See "pricing" above for more details) Free shipping method is for standard service only at our discretion. (Excludes fuel tanks, most body panels, all OEM factory parts and a few other miscellaneous large and/or very heavy items) Large, heavy or odd shaped packages will usually have a much higher rate than average shipping costs. All rates are calculated for shipping in the contiguous USA states. Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping will cost more and take more time. Please email us for shipping rates prior to ordering if you are concerned about the rates otherwise we will charge your card accordingly. International shipping is usually 2-3 times higher or more than normal USA rates. Be aware of your country’s import or tariff taxes. We are not responsible for these charges. We will not send items as a gift. International buyers, we will also need a phone number with your payment.

EXCHANGES
All exchanges must be made with 30 days of purchase with the original invoice. All merchandise must still be in new condition with all of the original packaging and tags attached. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from. Exchanges being made due to our error: We will refund the standard shipping fee from the original carrier service only upon the return of the merchandise. If you return a package using express mail or a different currier you will not be reimbursed. The shipping services we use to return the merchandise back to you will be at our discretion. A return authorization number must be obtained and clearly labeled on the outside of the box and on the original invoice inside before returning.
In the event there is a manufacturer defect, mix up or warranty issue beyond our control this may need to be handled by the manufacturer and you will be subject to their return/exchange policies.

RETURNS
All returns must be made with 30 days of purchase with the original invoice. All merchandise must still be in new condition with all of the original packaging and tags attached. A return authorization number must be obtained and clearly labeled on the outside of the box and on the original invoice inside before returning. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. No returns on closeout items, OEM/factory products or special ordered merchandise. No returns on any used merchandise.  No refunds on shipping or pay pal fees. Do to the nature of electronics and the way they are sometimes misused or handled we will not accept any returns on electronics. Chatter box will warranty all units within there warranty period with a copy of your receipt. This fee can be avoided by choosing in store credit. Then your credit can be used toward the purchase of any other product available.  Returns being made due to our error: we will refund the standard shipping fee from the original carrier service only upon the return of the merchandise. If you return a package using express mail or a different currier you will not be reimbursed. CANCELED ORDERS
All canceled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee can be avoided by choosing in store credit. Then your credit can be used toward the purchase of any other product available.
